DAY 1 - ARRIVAL AT Oslo airport - CHECK IN AT Dovrefjell
We meet at Oslo Airport at 12.00, the 24 January. From there it takes approx. 4 hours to drive back in to the Ice Age (Dovrefjell). You will stay in the same cabin during the whole tour. We will have a small welcome meal for dinner. Over dinner, we’ll get to know one another better as we get acquainted and discuss the itinerary for the next few days. It’s a great time to learn more about the details of the tour and safety briefings. We’ll try to have an early night so that you can be up bright and early to shoot in the morning.
DAY 2-4 - Musk ox
Because of the fast changing Arctic weather. We we make the most of the days at Dovrefjell, and look for Musk Ox, and hopefully get some nice photo opportunities. We will spend most of our time outside, during the day, and if there is northern light at night, and the weather is clear, we’ll spend our evenings roaming the shores in search of their elusive dance in the night sky!
DAY 5 - DEPATURE
This will be your final day at Dovrefjell. of the cabin, and drive towards the airport, and make a couple photo stops on the way to the airport. We will arrive at Oslo Airport around 17.00 the 28 Jan.
